Car Parking

If you have been clamped and wish to appeal, please contact [email protected]

The parking rules (set out in the lease for each flat) are that each flat is entitled to park one car in the car park, in a designated bay, on a first come first served basis. This is because there are 9 flats and only 6 parking spaces. The house has its own parking space which is marked.

Because of our fantastic central Richmond location, the car park was being abused by commuters. For this reason our Nightingale Chancellor engaged London Parking Control to monitor the car park on a random basis. They are permitted to clamp any car not displaying an official permit.

No-one wants genuine residents to get clamped but this is what will happen if no permit is displayed or a car is parked outside the designated bays.

Permits will be re-issued annually (January) in a different colour or if there has been a compremise – whichever comes first.

Resident’s parking permits for zone A1 allow you to park in the residents’ bays on nearby roads for an annual fee. Alternatively, resident’s visitor permits can be bought in books of 10 half-days which also allow you or your visitors to park in the nearby residents’ bays.
